Distance charges
Billed distance is whichever is higher: your actual trip distance, or 300 km per day (the industry-standard minimum for outstation cabs). That figure is multiplied by the vehicle's per-km rate.
Driver allowance & permit
A fixed ₹500/day driver allowance applies on every multi-day trip. An interstate permit charge of ₹800/day applies only when your route crosses a state border (e.g. Nashik to Rajasthan or Gujarat).
Included: base fare, fuel, driver allowance, night charges. Excluded: tolls, parking and interstate tax, payable as per actual if applicable. One day means one calendar date, not a 24-hour block.
