How do I get an exact fare, not just an estimate?
Use the route search on our homepage for an instant estimate, then tap "Book on WhatsApp" — we confirm the exact fare based on your specific pickup point and dates.
Can I change my itinerary after booking?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp any time before or during the trip. Extra stops or days are billed at the applicable additional fare.
What if my flight or train is delayed?
We track your flight/train where possible. Let your driver know as soon as you're aware of a delay.
Do you provide a driver for self-drive rentals?
All RentMyRide bookings include an experienced driver — we don't currently offer self-drive rentals.
How far in advance should I book?
A day or two ahead is usually enough for local Darshan trips. For Kumbh Mela dates and multi-day outstation trips, we recommend booking at least a week ahead.
