1. Information we collect
Name, phone number, email, pickup/drop locations, travel dates and group size — provided by you through our enquiry forms, WhatsApp, phone or in person. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
2. How we use it
To confirm bookings, calculate fares, assign a driver and vehicle, and contact you about your trip. We may also use your phone number or email to share offers relevant to your travel — you can opt out any time by telling us on WhatsApp.
3. Sharing with drivers
Your name, phone number and trip details are shared with the driver assigned to your booking, so they can contact you before pickup. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Cookies & website data
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts. The route search tool calculates fare estimates entirely in your browser; it doesn't send your search to a server unless you choose to submit an enquiry.
5. Data retention
Booking records are retained for accounting and service-history purposes. You can request that we delete your contact details by writing to us — see Contact Us.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (e.g. for tax purposes).
