Nashik Darshan & TravelsThese Terms & Conditions (also referred to as our Terms of Use) apply to every booking made with RentMyRide, a group company of Eeshan Group, whether made via this website, WhatsApp, phone or in person.
1. Booking & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after RentMyRide shares a written fare and itinerary confirmation and, where applicable, receives the advance payment. Fare estimates shown by the website's search tool are approximate until confirmed by us.
2. Vehicle & driver
RentMyRide will provide a vehicle matching the confirmed category and a licensed driver. In rare cases of vehicle unavailability, we will provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost, or offer a full refund.
3. Fare & billing
Fares are billed garage-to-garage, with a minimum billable distance of 300 km per day. Tolls, parking and interstate tax are payable by the guest as per actual, unless otherwise agreed in writing. "One day" means one calendar date, regardless of the number of hours travelled within it.
4. Luggage & passengers
Vehicles are booked for a maximum number of passengers matching the vehicle's rated seating capacity; this may not be exceeded for safety reasons. Reasonable personal luggage is included; excess or oversized luggage should be flagged at the time of booking.
5. Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles respectfully. RentMyRide drivers are expected to do the same. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are not permitted.
6. Changes & delays
Itinerary changes requested during a trip (extra stops, extended days) will be accommodated where possible, at the applicable additional fare. RentMyRide is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
7. Liability
RentMyRide's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of that booking. RentMyRide is not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle, or for delays/losses caused by events outside its control.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to these terms
RentMyRide may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.
