Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you accept the fare quote on WhatsApp and, for outstation and multi-day trips, pay a token advance.
Accepted payment modes
UPI, bank transfer, and cash are accepted. Card payment can be arranged on request for corporate bookings.
Balance payment
The remaining fare is settled directly with the driver at the end of the trip, or as agreed for corporate accounts.
Cancellation & refund policy.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Kumbh Mela and other high-demand dates, advance payment may be non-refundable within 7 days of pickup — this will always be stated clearly before you pay.
